Roseworth is a suburb of Stockton-on-Tees in the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees in County Durham, England. It was built in the 1950s as part of the expansion for northern Stockton. Prior to the 50s, the area on which Roseworth was built was previously classed as part of Norton and is still sometimes referred to as such by the local media. It is situated to the north west of Stockton. Most streets in Roseworth begin with an R, such as Redhill Road, Ryde Road and Reepham Road.
Roseworth is bordered in the west by Hardwick and Norton in the east. Roseworth Shops contains a Co-op and Heron while in the ward's boundaries lie a Tesco Extra, McDonald's and Lidl. A 2021 consultation on Ward boundary recommends the ward absorb the small estate of Ragworth to the south of Roseworth [2]
